The Marriott Crystal Gateway provided a great travel detination. Everthing went well from the shuttle pickup at the airport to dropoff a few days later. Service was friendly and courteous with one minor exception when the luggage was left for us to attend to immediately after check-in, perhaps we missed the proper tip etiquette. The hotel is located adjacent to Crystal City and provided shopping, food and entertainment as well as easy access to the subway for transport into DC. Hotel breakfast was nothing special but the lounge did look inviting. The room itself was plenty large enough, clean and quiet even with a martial arts contest going on in the meeting rooms. We look forward to staing here again over the next few years.

Enjoyable stay, close to subway station for easy travel into city. The parking should be validated or reduced for staying guest. Overall I highly recommend this hotel

This was the fourth time I have stayed either at this Marriott in Crystal City or the Marriott at Reagan National Airport in Crystal City. The service and conceirge are superb, helping you with whatever you need. They let us check in at 10:30am with no extra charge. They held our luggage for us the last day since our flight was not until the evening. The walkway to the Metro subway is safe and fast. We will not stay anywhere else- I highly recommend it.

Hotel was clean, near metro and airport, check in/out was simply. Shuttle does not run 24 hrs

Having been to DC once before, I did not know about the hotels just across the Potomic in Crystal City. Very convenient to the Metro subway system, right under the hotel. Can get to anywhere in DC very quickly and safely. Will recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks
