The staff was extremely friendly, room was very clean and accomodating. FULL breakfast included, made-to-order pancakes and omelettes. They even made my child a Mickey Mouse pancake. The pool was clean and warm. Facilities were very clean. Staff eager to help. We'll be staying here every time we are in the area and will send our friends and family here, too. We stay at hotels often. I've never found a place this appealing. Worth every penny!

We would definately stay here again! It costs more than we wanted to spend but it was well worth it! The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very helpful. We did have a couple of problems but they were taken care of, one the first time we asked and the other took two times asking to get it taken care of, they were always very apologetic. Overall we would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone we know.

The staff, the rooms, the food all so fabulous. I really enjoyed my stay here only problem that I had was parking however that was only because they had a big convention in town. There was absolutly nowhere to park. They did offer me the oppotunity to park in the staff parking section in the back which was pretty far but better then circling the parking lot for another half hour. Great hotel.

Excellent faculity and staff! The made to order breakfast and Managers evening social were excellently done. Rooms are well appointed and well kept. The only complaint, and it minor was the charge for internet. A hotel that provides complimentary breakfasts, cocktails and all these other excellent services should, in this day and age in my opinion not charge for internet. That would, however be my only minor complaint for this excellent hotel!

Great facility, very clean, easy check in. The right place while visiting Hampton. Close to shopping and dining venues. More expensive than other nearby facilities but still appears to be a good value.
