The windsor is ideally located in Center City.Within walking distance to many sites of interest & dining.
The hotel is very clean & the room was much more than we expected. The livingroom/bedroom was very large. There's plenty of closet space. And the bathroom was clean, modern and spaceous.
But what really made our stay there was the staff.
The entire staff goes out of their way to accommodate your every need.
Checked out the same day!

Atrocious! The pictures looked great and the room price was comparable to others in the area. We reserved a suite with 2 double beds and a sofa, when we arrived, they gave us a room with 1 bed; we specifically booked with 5 people. We went back to the front desk and they then gave us a room with 2 double beds....again not enough space for a familt our size. When we entered the room, it was obvious that the mattresses had not been updated in years as the body indentations in the mattresses were visible through the bed spread.
Just when we thought it could not get worse, we went into the kitchenette, and it smelled. The cupboards were broken. In addition, there was wall paper pulled off the wall!
We checked out the same day and checked into another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
Very Roomy, Great Location But Hotel Needs Work

Lots of space in the hotel room...theres even a walk in closet where you can dress up for privacy. Two restaurants in the lobby of the hotel with a TGIF next door.
Its right in front of the trolley stop if you plan to take it and is halfway between the Philadelphia Museum of Art and City Hall with the Franklin Science Institute, Rodin Museum, Basilica in between - all walking distance so don't have to take out your car from valet parking ($31 a day).
Hotel needs some work coz the tub would clog up when taking showers. Engineering came quick though to fix it but they had to come twice coz it clogged again.
For the price, its a great hotel. Will stay again if could not find another hotel with similar price with the same kitchen facility. Just hoping to get a room with a tub that does not clog.
Good location and price

The hotel is conveniently located near the major museums and attractions. It was a very good value. I did not expect to get so much space or a kitchenette at this price. This is a good hotel for a family vacation.
Dingy but great potential.

A Sunday night rate of $109 made it fine, but could easily be very nice with minor updates and thorough cleaning of grimey kitchenette and bathroom cabinetry and tabletops. Spacious closet with large dresser for extended stays. Coffee and popcorn packs a nice touch. Fantastic location.
