room was too dark, ran out of tissues & toilet paper. weren't advised that 15th floor meant hearing music at 1a.m. valet service took too long. bed was great! shower awkward to turn on without getting burned.

Checked-in, sent us to the wrong room type-they had us come back downstairs, and no apology. Terrible location during rush hour; you have to call and leave a message and wait for them to call you back for room service--every time took 40 minute to get the call back! One morning they messed up our order 3 times. The water in the shower turns burning hot without warning; no ventilation in the bathroom, very poor lighting. Beds are very comfortable, though.

Excellent front desk staff and shuttle to Getty. Hairdryer cord too short to reach head!Ignored signal to leave towels for re-use. Would find someplace else next time

Replicating a mini tower of Pisa, with a circular restaurant view of the Santa Monica Mountains, Hotel Angeleno provides comfort, convenience and fine service at a reasonable rate.

Great service at the front desk, the room was beautiful, very clean. My own quip was the only parking option is valet.
