first of all the hotel was over priced!!! it was filty, dirty, the bedding were torn and the beds were too low. also the front desk manager thinks he could get over on me and my family by fast talking us and lying about the rooms being ready. rooms should have been ready by 3pm we got there at 4pm and he stuck us in the nasty rooms that were not cleaned. there was hair, spiders, stains on the shower curtains. the rooms had the worst stains on the floors i ever seen!! he would not give us another room bc they were all booked up all over and when my family and i came back from the al green concert, someone had broken into my room!! the front desk clerk got an attitude when i said i was going to call 911! he lied and said that no one else would have keys to our room but us!! that's a lie!! managers, housekeeping, maintanence has keys as well!! luckly our stuff wasn't stolen!!! also when i spoke with the manager about what happend he accused me of trying to flim flam the hotel!!! also in the back of the hotel there was a nasty dumpster with old washing machines etc and we saw racoons run out of the dumpster!! there was inadequte light in the back of the hotel to park and the elevator was broken!!! !!! my family had to suffer the whole night without air and it was over 90 degrees!!! DON'T EVER STAY THERE YOU MIGHT GET BED BUGS THE PLACE INSIDE AND OUT IS FILITY!!! I AM CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT ON THIS HOTEL ASAP!!!!! I WOULDN'T LET A DOG STAY THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Horrible Stay--- My Wedding

First of all the room I reserved was a room with a couch for my child to sleep on, and when I got there they said I DIDNT reserve that room (which I really did) and I had to pay an extra $80 to get the room I reserved. The in the room, I didnt want to even go barefoot, it felt dirty in the room. The toilet had a stcker on it that said "Sanitized" but I took that off to find urine all over the toilet. Then the counter in bathroom was dirty and the sink was broken. I had to have housekeeping come clean after 3 times calling for her. The maintenance man had to come and fix the broken sink too.
At night, we went to get into bed and saw SEVERAL stains. We had to sleep on the top that night because we were so tired to get new sheets so late. PLUS, the so-called bottom sheet wasn't even fitted, it was a TOP SHEET. How cheapy can this place be??
The whole experience was horrible and I was so bummed because it was my wedding weekend.
The "view" was ok, but if you like to look at construction vehicles and cranes working in a huge area by the beach. We walked across the street to the beach to find tons of beer bottles broken and not.
Looks good in pics, but stinks in rooms.
Helpful Front Desk

The front desk was very helpful and friendly. My flight arrived in late, and I got to the hotel around 10:30pm, and when I got to my room, I realized that the bolt on the door did not work (and the room was on the first-floor). I went to the front desk, told them, and they immediately moved me to a room, and made sure that the bolt DID work. .....The restaurant breakfast wasn't anything fantastic - but for the $23 charged to the room for two people, I would have preferred to go someplace in Biloxi. If you go out for lunch or dinner, make sure you order seafood!
the Hoilday Inn is not back to normal

I was very disapointed, I know that Hurricane Katrina was there 2 years ago but that has nothing to do with the rooms being clean, the floors being clean. I elevator was slow or not working as it should. Room service never tried to as if we wanted clean sheets. The staff was slow. The Bathroom toilet appeared to be not cleaned and the tub too. The carpet needed to be shampooed. The Beds need to be replaced. I didnt sleep at all because the bed was old and hurt my back. Most Hoiday Inns are really really nice and a bargin for the money. I am a total rewards member and I was really sad about the condition of this hoilday inn. I didnt do alot of complaining because I knew that I was there post-katrina and compare to the condition of the area outside, I was just happy to have somewhere to stay close to the beach and casinos. Perhaps it will get better this Hoiday Inn needs more time to return to the Hoiday Inn I know and Love.
