I travel to Alaska and lay over Seattle. This hotel is possibly the most convenient to the airport.
The shuttle is generaly reliable and FREE. The place is just a bit tired, but I have never had a problem with clean rooms or security. You get what you pay for, and this hotel is cheap. Never had a problem, but I am careful about leaving things in my room, locking and bolting door ect.
will stay again, breakfast w/juice and airport shuttle, great!

I stayed at the Non Smoking 3rd floor , the room is big , well kept and felt clean, even the bath tub has non-slip surface, shower was great, strong. my room was quiet (with window opened) away from the main road. the morning breakfast was good it has cereal , juice and toast . very close to Airport, it has a gas station beside with Store open late, good advise is to get some ready Food if you are catching a US dosmestic flight which DOES NOT PROVIDE FOOD OR SNACKS (unless at a cost) EVEN ON LONG HAUL FLIGHT. Drink, yes at least.
One final comment , the young receptionist in the evenig was polite and nice, but the morning Woman was very RUDE. The shuttle driver was good too.

I buried some personal information in my suit case. The cleaning staff went thru my suit case and stole my information. Used that ID to pay their phone bill online. The management took days to return my calls. When they did they were not helpful. This has been a nightmare and Red Roof Inn has been no help in resolving it.

Given 4 rooms before we found one that had been cleaned. Each time we went up 2-3 floors only to find a dirty room. Front desk personnel acted like it was a common occurance

I had a friend fly in to Sea tac late in the evening, since the mountain pass closed because of heavy snow, we checked into a hotel before returning to Eastern Washington. The hotel appeared outdated and worn down. The elevator was slow and slugglish and the condition of the room reflected the decor of the front desk lounge. The room was clean though there were a few stains on the carpet. Bathroom was also ok. The beds had no pillow cases on the beds and a few strands of hair could be seen! Breakfast was donuts, coffee, juice, and bagels. Food was also somewhat stale and not fresh.
