Very nice hotel

We stayed for 7 nights in August, I thought it was very nice and would stay again, the hotel had two restaurants one was for breakfast and lunch and the other was for dinner and the prices weren't bad, It had a nice swimming pool and parking was free, It was about 10 miles to the attractions in downtown Toronto and Canada's Wonderland, we had two queen size beds which we paid extra for and the room was nice and spacious, plenty of room for the four of us.

While I was pleased with the overall cleaniness and service of the hotel, it's not located close to any main activities. All the major sites in Toronto are downtown; and this hotel is expensive by cab to get there. If I had to do it over again, I would have stayed downtown. There are not many other restaurants and shopping areas close to this hotel. It is a good hotel for meetings and conferences and people with transportation.

Was in Toronot for Business/Vacation. Booked through the travel agency but the confirmation detials was corrcetly processed at the Days Inn hotel, they did not had any conformation. I reached around 2am. the front desk person was little bit harsh but gave us a suite till mroning so that they can confirm with the travel agency. next day they got the confirmation. The Guest manager Lilowtee was great she kept us in the suite though we had booking for business class king. We had to extend for one more day and she gave us a very good deal. I am rating this hotel a 5/5 only because of the service and professionalism she has rendered. Thanks Aditya

Front desk personnel were not very friendly though the restaurant & housekeeping staff were very nice. "Free Continental Breakfast" was lame. Had to argue to get voucher from front desk and then was only only given breakfast for two of our three mornings there. The free breakfast consisted of a tray of pastries & muffins, toast and cold cereal. Other foods set out in a buffet were not available unless we purchased an "upgrade" for $5.99. Our room was nice though the bed was not very comfortable. The pool area needed attention. The water looked filthy and debris on the bottom that was there Sunday night was still there Wednesday morning. Overall impression of the place was that management does not pay attention to detail. Throughout the common areas there are dirty floors, stained carpets, cracked glass. We've stayed at various other Days Inn properties that were very nice, but this one is not a place we would recommend or return to.

Overall, my husband and I had a wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We also was pleased with the hotel manger and how he was around to greet us. We were thinking about going back to Toronto this summer and we will choose this hotel again. If you want a big clean room, wireless internet, and a frinedly staff you have to choose Days INN. The money is worth paying and you are close to many malls and downtown.
