Disgusting!!

Don't waste your money staying here. The room was dirty; trash was all over the hallways and in the parking lot. The housekeeping staff did a minimal job and we found dirty cleaning rags in the bathtub upon arrival. The heater in the room barely worked and it took over 24 hours (on high) to warm up the room. The lobby smelled like rotten fish and we were charged $6.90 to use their lobby computer to print off our boarding passes. The room's phone book was from 2001. Do yourself a huge favor and DON'T waste your money staying here.

Ok for the money

the only bad things was that the walls are so thin that we could hear the neighbor snoring.

I was on a rendevous with a lover of mine. When I checked out, I paid with cash. The clerk offered me a reciept. I wish I would have kept it!!!!!!!!!! Well, I didn't want to keep a paper trail b/c it was a private encounter. So I told her to no thanks. So what shows up on my bill? The charge from the room. I called and talked to the manager. She said I need a reciept. I asked if there is anyway they can see if there was extra cash in her till? I mean if the clerks end their shift and add up their money, wouldn't they notice if there is $400 in cash? She refused to help. She kept asking me "why didn't you take the reciept?" and I stated that I didn't want the paper that showed I even stayed there. She asked why and I told her I was there on a personal encounter. She stated that I shouldn't be doing anything that would cause me not to take the reciept! She then MAILED me through the postal service with the hotel stationary stating the conversation we had. I found that to be very viscious. Make note: ALWAYS take the reciept b/c people steal and this time I believe it was the cashier. NEVER tell why you are staying there.

Yikes!

After a long tiresome flight from Alabama with my partner, we had to stand at the front desk for 10 minutes before getting served because the clerk was watching tv. We then waited another 23 minutes while the room finished cleaning, and finally got into our room. It was not a pretty sight. The bathroom toilet was stained and the floor had had hair in all corners. We tried to get a short swim in before dinner, but the pool was so chlorinated that we sat in chairs by the pool, . My partner has an adverse reaction to hair, so we went back to the lobby to hang out. I luckily carry handi-wipes in my baggage and when we went back to our room I worked for 32 minutes wiping the room down, especially the remote. We found the bed to be stiff. The overhead noise from airplanes was loud at 10:43pm. This was our first trip to Seatlle, and next time we will save our money and camp. I think friendlier employees and better workmanship and maids would improve this hotel.

Noisy location. 5 minute drive to airport. Otherwise no frills and starting to get run down.
