Service: I had to book a group of rooms for my organization during Spring Break. XXX at the front desk was always friendly and helpful, regardless of how many times I had to repeatedly call her to change check-in dates and # of rooms. And regardless of how busy she was. Rooms: I thought rooms were small at first, but only because they had 2 big, queen beds in them. I was happy the beds were true queens and not fulls or twins. Rooms are a tiny bit old, but maid service was done everyday and everything was always tidy and clean. Extra: Loved the free wireless internet, a tiny bit slow sometimes if many people on it...but worked fast enough. And FREE parking...while other hotels charged $12-22/ day. Never had a problem finding a parking space even though it was Spring Break weekend. I do recommend this hotel. I got better service here than at a big chain like the Hilton. Happy travels!!

Enjoyed the convenience!

We have stayed at this hotel for the past three years as we drive across from AZ to leave on a cruise ship. It is so conveniently located, just up from the docks and the hotel gladly keeps our vehicle while we are away. Lovely continental breakfast with waffles made on the "spot" which are delicious Highly recommend,

It has everything you need

I have stayed here on three other occassions and the front desk is always friendly and helpful. On this stay, she advised me that they had increase the free breakfast items and she asked me if I had an ashtray in my room, as well as, gladly supplied me with an iron and board at a moments notice. The pool is a perfect size and is always very clean. The trolley is just around the corner as well as 7-11 and Rite Aide and the 5 Fwy.

The worst hotel in the world!

1. They said they have wireless internet, but there is no signal at all. I can not even use my laptop on their front desk.2. Dirty Room, dirty bed.3. Bugs are found in the restroom. The toilet is leaking and flash every few minutes.3. Some guests might stayed there with their pets before you move in.....So do you want to take some biting bugs home?4. Their manager is so rude. When you complain, they do not refund you. They just try to push you to their sister hotels.5. I will never stay there or any of their sister hotels again.

Pacific Inn is a relatively low budget accommodation advertising free Wi-Fi, swimming pool, parking on an available basis. The two beds were lined underneath with plastic sheets and we didn't have a comfortable rest, turning on our beds throughout the night unable to get a good night's sleep. The Wi-Fi wasn't available in our room, and had to resort sitting right outside the office lobby to get a signal, when we came back late we parked illegally as the parking lot was full. Pricing varies depending on activities nearby. There's a lack of a waste basket in the room and not enough AC outlets to plug-in electrical/electronic devices. Make your own waffle breakfast available from 7:30 to 9:30am.

It's right next to the railway tracks so Amtrak and freight trains go right by behind the property. Our overall experience earns this place a do not recommend. You might try one of several other motels in the immediate area or try one located around the Hotel Circle area.
