Disappointed

After reading the many good reviews for this Motel, we were looking forward to a good experience. We had reserved a king, non-smoking room. When we arrived, the room smelled like a tobacco factory. When we asked for another room, we were told that all the rooms were booked. This seemed strange since there were only three other cars in the parking lot at the time. The room was clean, but the carpet was filthy. The cont. breakfast was very minimal.

"What a refreshing spot. Very courteous staff, easy access, super clean rooms and high speed internet. Don't let the outside fool you and the price was great!! We will stay here again. Great for family."

claims "luxury at buget price". No luxury here - no in-room coffee, no ironing board, no clothes closet. Did have nice mini-fridge. Worst - have to pay entie bill at check-in. NO REFUNDS, so you are stuck if you don't like it or have to leave early.
