not exceptional, but really good

Stayed for several nigts with 2 teenagers, who appreciated having their own room in our suite and liked the pool and hot tub (after the 1st day, when temps weren't adjusted properly.) Found the staff friendly and helpful -- called once to have a running toilet fixed and maintenance arrived five minutes later. The breakfast is very nice, although exactly the same menu every day got a bit old after the first two day.
The price was very good for the amenities provided, and the hotel was convenient for what we wanted to do. Would not hesitate to stay again, although I wish they had a more comfortable sofabed!
Hotel OK...not sure if I would stay again...

No elevators for 2nd floor access. Difficult taking luggage up with two children, one being disabled. Front desk would not give us a 1st floor room. Breakfast was good, but set up was in a bar and not well organized and the room was dark. Room was small and overpriced for what you got overall.

Easy to find. Had noisey neighbors and hotel did not hesitate to move us and upgraded our room. Everyone was friendly.

We checked out the photos and description on the internet and made our reservations. What a disappointment! This place is dirty, no elevators to the second floor rooms. It is advertised as a "suite hotel". What a joke. The rooms are on par with what I would expect a a low end budget motel. The pool looks like a swamp and I wouldn't step foot in it, I might lose it. The staff is unhelpful and curt. All in all, a great place - not.

This was a 4 night trip to see a Family that is very close to me and wanted my Hotel stay to be uneventful! I could not ask for a better experience with my stay here. It started from the moment I walked into the door to check-in thru the moment I left. I had a couple of requests that were very important to me. 1) Ground floor. 2) non smoking room, 3) A working frig. for my insulin(which they mentioned to turn on because it is off to save energy) this was a + and 4) Somewhere close to the Pool and Cafe. All requests were meet perfect and with a smile! I had a standard King bed room, bed was very comfortable, that had a rolling desk counter and comfortable desk chair to do some of my Business work. Also there was a very comfortable chair w/ottoman. All was very clean and in great operating order. Maid service was prompt and very effeciant. Breakfast Buffet was GREAT more then just juice and cereal like most places and the Happy Hour was nice,I meet a lot people from all over. Putting green was of some entertainment. The Hotel location was convenient to all. I will definitely return the next time I am in the Tempe/Meas area.
