great stay great price!!

I booked this hotel through a online travel website for only $* at night. We went to IX center and staff gave us great directions and this hotel is across the street from bob evans which we enjoyed for breakfast. The hotel has a good free breakfast. My six year old loved the pool area was very clean they do use alot of clorine but at least you know germs are killed! ha ha. Durning are arrivel a guest had dropped somthing heavy getting off the elevator which broke a couple of tiles on the floor by the time we went in our room to get the ice bucket the staff had all ready started to fix the tile. My husband has business in cleveland area at least twice a month due to our great stay him and his employees are now going to stay here in stead of the super 8. I due have to state I booked a no smokeing room which had very nice beds and looked very clean. Due to traveling with my mother who smokes we asked to swich to a smokeing room after cheack in the front desk had our keys ready no problems. But on the down side you could smell a diffence but if you want this type of room you should expect that.
Red bugs found in bed will not stay again

This hotel was very nice, staff was nice but unfortunately I found red bugs on the tan cover that was on my bed. I showed the bugs to a hotel staff member, they switched me rooms but did nothing else. Also the chlorine in the swimming area was so strong I had to leave out because my eyes were burning so bad from it and I wasn't even in the water. The location was great but due to the bugs in the bed I will not stay again.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very nic,clean.
One of the most comfortable beds I have spent a hotel nite . easy access to the Cleveland Zoo. Did not take advantage of the pool, but it looked great and all the patrons using it seemed very happy . Check in and check out were flawless. We certainly wold book again if we are traveling through Cleveland

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and would recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean, I loved the pillows!...Usaually have a problem with pillows, but these were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We had the continental breakfast the first morning and found everything we needed.
This is not a 5 star hotel , but overall had better experience than some of the 5 star hotels I have stayed in.

The Best Western was easy to find. Every hotel personnel was kind and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. Not noisy at all. Breakfast was as advertised with nice waffles and fruit with hard boiled eggs and all the rest of a continental breakfast. I would stay there again.
