We traveled to Atlanta for a mini summer vacation to visit the Aquarium and Coke factory. We were very pleased with the level of service we recieved and the cleanliness of the hotel. Great location- not too much "down town" from a safety perspective, but down town enough to walk to attractions and subway. Dining was expensive in town, try the peachtree mall food court, but be advised-closed on Sunday. Metro diner is good- but still pricey. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel. We would definately stay here again.

Got the room from a last minute deal via travel website. I was supposed to get a room with view of downtown. What i got was a second floor room with view of parking deck and downtown. Room was not clean as i found old newspapers, half empty water bottles, Went to front desck and complained, got a room on the 12th (top) floor with a great view, That was what i was expecting. Very happy, nice room, thanks Nicole. Pool area seemed nice, think it actually had retractable roof!? Convienent to downtown.
Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay even though it was only a weekend stay. The staff was so helpful and kind. We used the concierge quite a few times for information. The two that we dealt with were extremely helpful. The gentlemen working out front got us a cab within 2 minutes of our request all three times that we needed them. Check-in and out went so quickly and smoothly. The pool area is beautiful and enjoyable with or without children. The options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are great! I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
DONT EVER GO THERE!!

I have been to alot of hotels but this was by far the worst of my entire vacation experience.
We had traveled over 6 hours and made reservations two weeks prior and even called an hour before we arrived to find the room was not even ready. We waited over 45 minutes.
Front desk was not helpful until I called their corporate office directly in their face.
When the room was finally ready it, the carpet was wet, there were no towels, no rages, the bed had not even been made up. Then housekeeping rushed in and poorly put together the room. The room was small and not even big enought to pull the sleeper sofa out that was cramped next to king size bed.
OVERALL A VERY BAD STAY..
Friendly, helpful Staff
