First night there I was biten by a bug in the bed and woke up with a huge red bump on my face. Later on in the day I found a bug in the bed and called the maid in and she changed the bed sheets. I went downstairs and told someone at the front desk and she called for a manager and it took him over 15 minutes to finally take some time to come and speak to me. He then told me that he would never work in a hotel that had bugs, making me feel as though I was lying. They eventually changed my room but DOWNGRADED me. The new room had a smaller bed and a much smaller bathroom and the AC did not work. The manager was incompetent and rude. I would never stay here again. There is much much better hotels two blocks away for the same price and so much nicer.
Loved it for the price!

Front Desk and parking attendents were friendly from the start. The room was neat and everything worked properly. It was so much better than what I was expecting for the cost. They have a great breakfast buffett. The bar area was great.. lots of space, TVs.. we didn't need to go out and find a bar to watch the game... we just went downstairs. The hotel was under construction, but you would never know. No loud banging, no dirt, no dust. So it can only get better once they finish.

Staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nice. I stayed 8 nights, and about mid-way thru, a water pipe broke on my floor. They asked to move me to another room since the water would take a day to be fixed. When I arrived to the room, a cheese and cracker tray was in the room and a letter apologizing for the inconveniance. They had a very good breakfast buffet in the morning. Bathrooms were small. I enjoyed the stay.

The service was good, staff friendly, room clean and comfortable. They also had a 24-hour deli, which made it much easier to get a quick sandwich, soup or salad, all fresh and home-made tasting. They also had a computer lab area next to the deli where guests could log in and use the internet free for 45 minute increments. Also free WiFi for those who brought their laptops with them. Printers available for printing boarding passes.
Overall, a good expereience.
Best Kept Secret!

Friendly staff, great concierge knowledge, quiet hotel. While the bathrooms could use some plumbing updates in terms of the look (doesn't feel homey), you WILL be won over by the indoor pool. This private, indoor TROPICAL oasis is simply amazing. While the pool itself is wonderful (small pool that has depths up to 10 feet!), you will find yourself wanting to skip your day excursions and just sit by the pool. The architecture and plant design is perfect. Hotel is also walking distance to the Georgia Aquarium, CNN, Coke Museum, Hard Rock Cafe, and of course, Dr. King's Church.
