Great stay for great rates

I recently stayed with HIE for a 5 night stay. Overall the hotel was very clean, I liked the aesthetic. It seemed they were going for a more modern/contemporary look and given it was a HIE it hit the mark. Customer service great, no complaints. The housekeeping was very good as well, very nice ladies they have on their staff. I really don't have any complaints, maybe things I didn't like but they are minute.
The breakfast could have been better, but I wasn't expecting much to be quite honest. For those who are interested in the breakfast I think they had enough options so that you had something to eat. Pass on the eggs would be my only advice, and blot the sausage for excess grease.
I'd definitely stay here again, customer service is top notch.

I was there for 3 nights for my daughter's graduation from MTSU. The elevator froze Saturday morning and a person was stuck in it for 30 minutes when a fellow guest overheard her calls for help. The overhead door emergency light exit sign fell just as I was reaching for the doorknob. The jacuzzi pump/bubbler didn't work. For $* a night for a double room & with these problems, seems overpriced. The best part was the breakfast.
