That is the best hotel i have ever been too. its not even a hotel its like a condo. the service was friendly during the day..lol at night we were like ehhh. but overall the best. im so going back.

I read some of these negative reviews and I cant help wondering where these people stayed.
I found the place clean (twice a week) new towels every day , free internet, an ok gym ,free coffee and a beautiful pool area.The staff was pleasant and helpful.
I stay there for a month at a time and I am looking foward to Feb.2009

Very good deal for the money but quality of furniture below par. Most vacation club or time share units include shampoos, etc. in the bathroom...this one did not. Also did not include coffee (although it did have filters). This property is very spead out and if you are unfamiliar with the area it can be very difficult to get around. Once checking in at reception, fnding this building/unit late at night required 2 additional phone calls to the front desk.

This was not a good experience. Check in was slow and inefficient. My reservation was not at the front desk. Property was blocks from check in location. A/C panel rattle in room all night long. Light bulbs in bathroom have not been cleaned in months. Small terrible TV's no shampoo provided.
