Even though the motel was in an ideal location, and had excellent front-desk and "morning breakfast" staff, the fact that the housekeeping staff did a very poor job causes me to rate this hotel as very poor. When we first checked into the room, it smelled strongly of "stinky feet." I repeately asked the housekeeping staff to vacuum it, but all they did was spray something on the carpet, which didn't help. Also, the furniture, walls and fixtures were very dirty. I bought some chlorox wipes and in the process of wiping it down, I found what appeared to be dried blood on the door handle and nasal secretions on the coffee table.

My husband and I go to Williamsburg all the time. We thought we would give this new hotel a try even though there were no reviews on it. We were not disappointed. This hotel is only about 4 years old and they are already updating even though it looked fine already. We were on the fourth floor, which had recently been renovated. It was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was immaculate. The breakfast was very good. This hotel is within walking distance of many good restaurants. I will be staying here again.
