"Great location, questionable service"

I was very pleased with our hotel choice for most of our trip. The location was great and it seemed to be a nice hotel. The room was clean and nice. The last night of our stay, we noticed that some items were missing from our room. I have never had this happen at any other hotel. The items taken were clothing and shoes. I filed a report with the housekeeping manager and I have yet to hear anything. Other than that, our stay was good. It just ended on a sour note!

I was there for a week, and they were exceptionally accomodating. Bathrooms are small, and no tubs- large shower stalls though. Wonerful experience overall.

GREAT location, nice lobby, clean hallways BUT the rooms are tiny & badly in need of renovation. The paint on the ceiling was chipped & falling, the wallpaper in the tiny bathroom was stained & peeling. The door & walls were scuffed & dirty. I have stayed here several times though & will again for the reasonable rates & location ONLY. I'd like to meet the person who actually assigns properties their star level!

This hotel is well located and very friendly. Rooms are above average. Good restaurant and stiff drinks.

"The hotel is dated. The room was good, bathroom was very dated, small, old wallpapper, cracked sink,etc... The saving grace is that the hotel is located near everthing."
