Check in staff were very efficient and friendly. Especially liked the free water bottles that you can fill up by the elevators. Rooms were relatively small, but didn't feel small due to clever layout. Excellent location to site seeing. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
will stay again!

Great budget hotel! We stayed in a king room. It was small in size, but had everything we needed. The room had a flat screen tv, free wireless internet, free printing to the downstairs printer. The lobby is great - there are 2 computers there for use as well. And there is no charge which is rare in hotels! It was very clean and customer service at the desk was friendly and excellent! I had a dress pressed for a wedding we were in town for and I dropped it off in the morning for dry cleaning to take care of and it was back by 6pm that night. The hotel is connected to Davios which is breakfast lunch and dinner BUT there is no breakfast on Saturday or Sunday because the kitchen is closed in the morning. They have an over priced continental breakfast for $10pp. I would recommend going to Lil Petes for breakfast on 17th - 2 blocks south of the hotel, or just ordering from there and they deliver 24/7! The room has a book of menus of places that will deliver for you. There is a huge fitness center in the hotel and unlimited purified water bottles on each floor for guests. If you are looking for a hotel within a budget but with a great location, service and amenities for the price - stay here! Would definitely stay again!!

We stayed here one night and because of no room in the regular rooms, we were upgraded to a suite for free. The room was huge and I loved the old window that we had. The view was great. The staff didn't go out of their way to do anything, but they were nice. It was very noisy but expected with the city. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Clean but tiny room. No on site parking, parking lot around the block costs an extra $30/night!

Very impressed! Quiet, comfortable, new and clean. I liked it even better than a stay at the Loews earlier that week which was 3X the price. The free internet and coffee was appreciated. Being able to get room service from area restaurants was nice too...Very convenient, fast and at a very reasonable price. Its right in the middle of Philadelphia...great for shopping and within walking distance of all the "attractions" including Franklin Field for the Penn Relays. Spent 3 nights and would definitely recommend this hotel!
