Great Hotel Experience

This was a great hotel experience. Great location in Center City, convienient to all kinds of shopping and sights. Hotel itself very nice. Looks small on the outside but really has a very spacious and comfy lobby. The room was beyond my expectations for comfort and was not too big or too small. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Nice, safe and clean hotel reasonably priced. Close to great restaurants, attractions and shopping.

Not worth it

The wireless AND wired internet services were terrible. The room was tiny and the bed was a short single. The furniture was in bad shape. Most of all, when I needed to change my itenerary they were in-flexible in providing a refund for my un-used portion. Will not stay here again!

Nice hotel with good amenities and no disturbances. Excellent location. Good lounge with TV and Internet with complimentary printouts. Would definitely prefer to stay again.

Great location and value

Full disclosure up front: I am currently living in OKC, but I am from Philly, and I wanted a hotel that is located near where I used to live, and Club Quarters was perfect... located just 4 blocks from my old place. Although the rooms may be smaller than the usual oversized American rooms, they were more than adequate to relax in and unwind. But, hey! I didn't come to Philadelphia to sit around in my hotel room anyway, so I don't, and didn't, see any problems with their dimensions. That said, if you have kids with you , you may want to book another room for them, or seek other accoomodations. The staff was courteous, and although the wait for the elevator could be a bit long at times, it was not burdensome. I plan on staying there on my next vacation home.
