Homeless Shelter???

We have heard from friends that frequent Bend that this is the ONLY place to stay, however I felt like the frontdesk staff were awful, not helpful, hardly even smile let alone make you feel welcome when you enter the building. There were 3 men that i don't believe were guests of the hotel (but could have been) wandering the hallways and then were in the parking lot asking for money. I checked the door locks multiple times at night, and didn't feel compfortable letting my 17 year old daughter go to the ice machine by herself. We thought we found an amazing deal as most marriots are a little spendy, i now know why this one is so cheap...
Beautiful Hotel / poor staff

This is a very nice hotel, but the staff is horrible! In 2 days I dealt with 3 rude women at the front desk, (gossiping about guests staying at the hotel, talking on the phone instead of helping an elderly gentleman standing right infront of them) just to name a few! Upon check out I asked to talk to the manager, and was told she wasn't in, but they could have her contact me. I called and left her 2 additional messages, still no response...! If you are self sufficient and just need a clean place to stay, this is right up your alley.

We have stayed at this hotel for both leisure and business. We love it. Great staff, always clean and just blocks from Downtown.
