Smelly, noisy

The Kabuki is a very nice hotel. Clean,cmfortable, nice staff, great neighborhood. I will definitely make this the place to stay when I visit San Fran again.

Hotel was good, decor wise...Room was spacious. Staff courteous! No good resturants nearby except Japanese, you could be stuck! Bus connections good. Showers good...Wi fi services very lucky if you get connected. Overall : Satisfactory!
