We stayed just one night because my brother was having surgery at Rochester Methodist. We booked on line hoping that we made a good choice. We like quiet, so chose a hotel without a pool (no little kids running or making noise and no late night partys). I slept very well so I would have to say that this was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in.
Pretty good value

My wife, son, dog, and I stayed here for a little over a week during my visit to the Mayo Clinic. We had a nice suite with a big bedroom, decent sized living room, and small kitchen. They have a waffle maker with their free continental breakfast. No pool, jacuzzi, or workout room.
It takes about 5-7 minutes to get to the Mayo Clinic. After we were there a couple of days, I was able to negotiate for their "coupon rate" of $69 a night. All non-smoking, which was a pain for me. The staff was really nice.
It's not 5 star, but it was enjoyable.

Large room with 2 beds, kitchenette and sleeper sofa--perfect for the 6 of us. Room was in good condition with minor condition issues (bathtub chiped and wallpaper a little moldy in one spot). Continental breakfast basic but good. Overall, good value and pleasant stay.
