Due to the busy time of year for Chicago, accommodation was hard to book when i left my run so late. After booking this accommodation i was a little hesitant once i had read some of the reviews, but when i arrived in Chicago i was pleasantly surprised with what i received. The location is fantastic and one couldn't ask for much better. As i was a single traveller the deluxe room was perfectly sized. Large Queensized bed, desk, lounge chair and plenty of room to move around. The bathroom was a bit cozy and i would not have wanted to be sharing it with another person. It was a very pleasant stay. The only fault, as per what is said on this website i thought there were dining facilities, but there was only a bar in the hotel, but options were within a close walking distance.
I would definately stay there again, great value for money compared to what surrounding hotels were offering.
Would Not stay Here Again

Aside from the Hotel Lobby, the cleanliness of this hotel was terrible. I was in two different rooms, neither of which was clean - House Keeping had to be called to clean the bathroom and carpet. I booked an Executive King; however, was placed in a dirty Delux King. The hallways and common areas were not kept up. It is obvious that the remodel money went into the lobby and not much beyond! The bathrooms are so small they are a joke. Sit on the toilet, wash your hands in the sink, and soak your feet in the tub at the same time! The only positive thing I have to say is that this is a terrific location in downtown Chicago. Lesson learned - you get what you pay for - there is a reason this hotel is $* cheaper a night then surrounding properties. I left and found a different hotel after a quick internet search.

Great locaton, nice room, cozy bathroom, basic cable. Best location in Chi-town for the price. Seconds away from shoppong and the loop. Near subway and a short walk from the standard out-of-towner must sees. Stayed on the 12th floor for under *$ a night with a pleasant view of the the heart of the city. Close to everything and cheap as hell.
Comfortable but small

The room while being quite small was comfortable. However, it was a place to keep the stuff while visiting the town. The location is fantastic. The bathroom is quite tiny, but otherwise not a bad place. The staff were very polite and our room was available early (2pm).
