Stayed for weekend get away. Hotel is ok, but rooms are in need of updating, shower was dirty, and front desk staff not helpful. Asked for extra pillows 3 seperate times and never recieved them. Not bad for an inexpensive stay, but don't expect service of a 4 star hotel.

I stayed for 2 nights/3 days and the gentleman at the front desk at night was really nice and also the one that brought us our room service was very friendly! Everything is clean, pool area is really nice!!

The convenient location near the Ft. Lauderdale beaches cannot be beat at this price level. The other full service hotels near the beach are all much more expensive, making this a nice option. My only complaint is the room key situation. Marriott has a problem with it's room keys deactivating when they come in contact with a cell phone. My room key deactivated if it came anywhere close to my cell phone.
