My family and I recently stayed there and it was a terrible hotel. First, the hotel manger said check in wasn't until 3 pm, even though everyone who had booked online said 1pm. We got into the rooms and they were small and dirty. Cobwebs were everywhere, the doors were duct taped shut, and and the floor had a "special" stain on it. Not only that, the carpet was incredibly sticky. The bathroom was semi-clean. Problems started the first night we stayed there. The very next morning the cleaning lady said we were scheduled to check out, even though we had booked for 3 days. Once that was taken care of we realized the T.V. didn't work. That same day we were locked out of the hotel room for 4 hours! The keycard stopped working and it took and hour to get someone to come help us! The customer service was absolutely terrible.I would not stay there again, nor would I encourage anybody else to do so.

We don't expect much from a hotel. Just clean and a bed with sheets. They couldn't do that. We pulled back the covers on the first night and there was a twin size flat sheet in place of a fitted sheet that didn't even cover the bed. There was no additional flat sheet. We called the desk and they said they didn't have access to the linen. The next day we called as we didn't get new linen, and they still couldn't give us sheets. We had family in the area, we ended up borrowing linen from them. I have stayed in some less than stellar places in the interest of saving money, but would never stay here again.

I just want to thank the staff for the fine accommodations and friendly service that I had here. the location is perfect and just down the street from the airport. Petrkins & Bob Evans just down the road by the Walmart. I will definately stay here agaibn when I am enroute again.

This hotel is not safe for children at all. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and the floor was not clean at all. The thermostate was hanging off the wall by the wires. Also, cable wires were laying on the floor and wall outlets were not covered at all. Also the hotel had no information packet for us such as restaurants or hotel information such as pool times. The pool was not clean and when asking for extra towels for the pool from the front desk we were told that we had to bring them right back when we were finished or we will NOT get anymore towels. The people were not nice at all. The breakfast was a JOKE. If you did not get there first thing in the morning it was gone and they did not restock which was 1 kind of muffin and 1 kind of danish with no coffee/tea/water. They could have had at least free coffee, but not here. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone. I would spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

The lobby was the only clean part of this place. We walked in our room and were horrified. I pulled back the covers to find stained crusty sheets (unwashed). The bathroom was disgusting. Our stay lasted all of 30 minutes before we headed down the road the the Sheraton Airprt Hotel (which by the way is fantastic)
