This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. It is the epitome of cleanliness. The rooms smell like jasmine and the artistry is so stunning it would leave monet yearning for more. I cannot find words to describe how impressed I was with this magnificent dwelling place. With thanks, from the bottom of my heart.
Disappointing

Stayed New Year's Eve and it was disappointing, overall. While the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean, the bath/shower fixtures needed replaced and were difficult to operate, the tub did not drain, and the toilet ran excessively. The room was stifling warm, even with the thermostat turned off. We slept with the window open all night and the 20 degree air from outside made it only tolerable inside.
The hotel was full, so the next morning the manager offered a free breakfast, but we could not stay. My guess is that this room was for one-night guests ... complaints walk out the door the next morning and they don't have to fix the problems.
I would not spend this kind of money to stay here, again.

We normally sleep on Sleep Number Beds, so have a difficult time staying at most hotels. However, the beds at this hotel were WONDERFUL. Slept so well. They also have a shuttle service that took us down to the Holland Performing Center for a concert....free of charge! Parking is in a secure garage at no extra expense. Breakfast is not free, however, the breakfast buffet was reasonable, and had fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, waffles, muffins, etc. When we checked in, they offered us fresh, chewy, chocolate chip cookies! Everything was very clean and quiet....even with a full hotel. Did not use the pool. It's on the 4th floor, so it's rather small. No hot tub available.
Great Choice

I wished I would have stayed in our other hotel for our trip. My wife and I came down to look at my graduate school and apts., and it was going to be our summer vacation, so I wanted to stay in a nice place. We stayed two nights elsewhere, and I thought it would be fun to stay at a, nice, fancy hotel in downtown. I totally regret it. It's not the place for a small, young family, if you want general conveniences. No cont. breakfast was a bummer. You had to pay $10 a day for the internet, unless you want to go all the way down to the lounge. They seemed to charge for everything. You had to pay to park too. They seem to think everything is great if they give you a cookie. Neither of us even liked it. customer service was not good. The bed was very comfy, and had a great view, but I was constantly worried I'd get charged for the smallest thing. To make our stay even worse, when we checked out and left, we gave the parking papers to the gate lady, and she was talking on her cell phone with her feet up where we could see them, and it seemed like she was home rather than working for a "classy" hotel.
