This motel was a wonderful place to stay. The room was a little smaller than expected. It was decorated very well--more modern and up beat from the usual hotel carpets and bedding. The bed was very very comfortable and the bedding was very nice with comforter and high quality sheets. The bathroom was very nice. The shower was nicely done in tile with modern sink. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The lounge was very nice also and very friendly staff. It is in a very good location. Went during the weekend when meter parking was free other than that you would have to use valet parking. I think the valet parking was the only thing that could be improved. They need to have other parking than valet. We will be staying here every time we are in Omaha.
WORST HOTEL EVER

HORRIBLE IN EVERY WAY!!The only parking option you have is valet at $8-12 a day. The sink in the bathroom leaked and got water all over the floor. The water preasure in the shower sucked. We were told our room would have a full kitchen and the room didn't even have a mini fridge! Our last straw was when we ran out of towels. We went to the front desk and asked for more and the worker said the cleaning crew was gone and they had no access to towels. The worst of it is when I got back home I FOUND OUT FROM MY BANK THEY CHARGED ME DOUBLE!!

Excellent! I was skeptical at first since this hotel is under renovation but I couldn't have been happier with my entire experience. The staff was very friendly, courteous and prompt. We used the valet service and it was terrific. Our room was on the fourth floor and we did not hear anything other than the occasional street noise. The decor is very European but sleek and neat. An outstanding bed and linens -- great for sleeping. The bathroom shower was to die for. I would stay here again. Top quality and service for my money. Great location too in proximity to the Old Market - dining, shopping, not too far from the QWest Center. I did not use the Fitness Facility but it is very well equipped.

We chose this hotel as we were seeing the Lion King that evening. Hotel is very convenient to Orpheum Theatre, it's right across the street. Do not reley on free breakfast, worst I have ever seen. Few muffins, yogurt and drinks. Hotel is old but is clean for the most part

The hotel is due for renovations shortly. In the meantime, the rooms are just OK. The bathroom was cold when the room was hot.
