Great Rooms!

I was totally impressed with the quality of the room we stayed in. The bed was much better than I expected. My only complaint would be with the plumbing. No matter what time of day you took a shower, it would go hot and cold all through it. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I would stay here again.

Thanksgiving Trip...We gave thanks for this hotel!!

We traveled to Arizona for Thanksgiving. The hotel is located close to a major highway on/off ramp, but just far enough that there was no noise whatsoever from the highway traffic. The room was somewhat warm when we arrived but the air conditioner was very good and cooled the room perfectly within 30 min.
The room was always very clean and the beds were comfortable. I couldn't tell if we had guest on either side because we never heard a thing from the other rooms. The ice and soda machines are very conveniant as was the in-room refridgerator and coffee maker which was re-stocked daily along with water bottles.
The daily free breakfast was great. Do it yourself waffles were delicious as were the eggs, ham, biscuits and gravy.
The best part had to be the hotel staff. The maintenance crew, the breakfast staff, the lobby staff, were all extremely friendly and professional at all times. When it was time for me to print my online boarding passes I had some trouble with the business center computer and the front desk manager on duty helped me with her computer and helped assure that we had exactly the seats we wanted for our flights home the next day. She really went above and beyond.
I would totally stay there again and recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

This is not your typical Best Western! They are selling the units as condos, and all the rooms have been redone in gorgeous fabrics and marble, plushy new beds, tile floors and brand new carpet. Breakfast was awesome - make your own waffles, great eggs. cereals, fruits, etc., and a nice (free) Happy Hour with wine, beer & snacks. Pretty pool area, too. Nice mountain views in the distance, although you do get some noise from the highway nearby (which didn't bother us). A super value!
