We arrived at the hotel on October 15th and stayed till the 20th. The first night was fine our beds were comfy and our room was big! The next day when we were leaving for the day we found that our car had been broken into as we were sleeping when we went to the front desk for assisants the front desk staff acted as if this happens all the time and told me I should call the manager! we called the manager 6 times and left messages! He got back to us the next day with no explanation and said "oh yeah sorry about your car" and offerd no resolution! I will never stay here again! I would rather dish out the extra $** to sleep in another hotel close by! Coustomer survice is bad!

I went to avon to get away from the city, and I'm glad I stayed here! The staff was nice, the rooms were hudge, the beds were comfortable and the area was amazing! the pool was also nice and relaxing! the only thing I didn't like was that I left to soon, I will defanitly be back next year!!

Staff were friendly though the hotel was busy.. The continental breakfast they served was extensive; lots to choose from. I was very impressed with the size of the room; big. If you have a family of 4- that will be perfect.
