The location was great, shuttle to airport and entertainment/shopping dist. all free.? it just changed managment and they have several things to learn. I hope they do.? Room not very clean, had dirty wash cloth in bathroom and lots of long black hair on shower wall.? The sofa bed was horrible and didn't have sheets, ect. until we called the desk to get them. The bedroom was nice. The biggest disappointment was that we stayed in a suite w/ a kitchen, however you were not allowed to take food from the free breakfast to your room.? ???? You had to eat in their dining area, rather than the one I paid extra for in my suite.? The breafast offered several items, including waffles, eggs, biscut & gravey, fruit, etc.? Excepet when the run out, even if it is well before the 9am closing time they would not bring more.? My room rate included this but they closed the entire thing by 8:45,even though we had to wait in a line to get to the buffet table or the make your own waffle.? we were there at 8:15 but another customer made about 10 waffles for his family and by then they closed the buffet down, we never got them the 1st day.? I got a bowl of cereal but they wouldn't let me have any milk, 'cause it was almost 9am and they were closed!? management wasn't very helpful either.

This is a great hotel to stay in. I would recommend this place it is very nice and a very safe place to stay, good location. Pretty clean no problems except for one minor thing our remote didn't work, called to front desk twice, One of the hotel atendees came to our room checked the remote after a little bit he left and said he would get us another remote and never returned!
Overall I would stay here again!

At check-in, was told non-smoking rooms were sold out, had to take smoking. Hotel staff could be more friendly.
Room was small but efficient. 17" color TV and remote worked. Needsfitness center.
Best part of my stay, the hot breeakfast in the morning.

I was very surprised with the level this Quality Inn. It was newly renovated with beautiful marble decor. There was a great breakfast with a actual cook who does other things besides the round egg and sausage. There was a happy hour with finger foods and free beer and wine was served in a lounge area including a pool table. They were doing small renovations like installing cameras for safety when I checked out, but the bulk of it is complete. It had all the comforts of home. The rooms were very spacious, there was laundry facilities and a area for grilling with a gazebo. Tennis,Volleyball and Basketball court was a extra. There was transportation available and the staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel will change the standards of Quality Inns. I will book again for my family reunion in 2009.
