The beds here are unusually hard and uncomfortable. And its a shame because the rest of the hotel is pretty nice - bathroom was big and bright, room was clean and the center courtyard and pool were nice.
Frugal to the point of being unfriendly

We stayed at this hotel during the university graduation which meant we paid nearly 3 times the regular rate with little extra benefit. I know that's the norm but they could have helped us to feel a bit less ripped off. The atmosphere was cost-control to the max: every towel had to be accounted for, breakfast tickets were meticulously given but never collected, pillows thin and rationed out, the bed hard, the shower and fridge tiny. God forbid if you were one second late for breakfast or wanted to take a waffle to your sleepy head child. It gave it a not-so-welcome at a reluctant relative's house feel.
We stayed in a newly refurbished building acoss the street from the main hotel. It was clean and fresh with windows that opened. There is no elevator, so watch out if you get a 3rd floor room. However, the location was good and the parking adequate. There are good restaurants nearby and we were close to the university. Those important aspects were good.
This place has the potential to be a really nice hotel. They need to work on the making guests feel like they truly are guest.
Great Location but Uncomfortable

Upon check in I was pleased. When I went to my room I was a little disappointed. The room was dark and small and far away from the friends I requested we be placed near. The bed was very uncomfotable, I did not sleep at all. The room was clean but I was scalded in the shower everytime someone turned on water in another room. When I went to check out I was told that I had already checked out using my mastercard. I do not have a mastercard nor had I checked out. That was a little worrisome.
Thank goodness I only stayed one night!

The motel had recently been completely remodeled. The bathrooms were great, the bedrooms were very nice. The free breakfast was fine. We really liked our one-night stay. Not flashy, but a good value.
Run to another hotel!

High priced for very basic room. Checked in at 4:30 and was given a room that was not cleaned. Room was quickly prepared but I am not sure if it was cleaned. If there was any other option, I would not ahve checked in.
