My fiance and I were there for a weekend get away, and to see the Kansas City Chiefs play. We absolutely love this hotel, great rooms, huge beds, beautiful lake, and great location. It's minutes from casinos, restaurants, and downtown. We definately recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to relax and get away.

The hotel is great, very comfortable and pleasant. The hotel is located very close to freeways and at only minutes from Down Town KC and from the airport, the only downfall is that the area where it is locate is an industrial area.
Wonderful experience

We travel to KC seveal times a year. Our usual hotel was booked for that weekend so we had to find somewhere else to stay before the football game.
We were amazed ! Fast friendly check-in/check-out. Clean hotel in a good location. Restaurant, bar, pool..... all the amenities of a 5* hotel.
We now have a new favorite hotel. We will stay again ! !

The beds at this hotel are out of this world-- feather beds with down comforters. My husband slept through the night, something he hasn't done in months at home. The best hotel beds we've ever experienced! The hotel is nestled in a warehouse district, but that's okay because the price was reasonable, it's close to the interstate, and we enjoyed our stay.

My Husband and I stayed in July while he was auditioning for American Idol. when we arrived at the hotel they tried to give us a room that we was not what we had booked. when entering our room it was relatively clean and comfortable. when I used the Restroom there was no toilet paper. The next day before we went out for the day we requested clean towels. when we returned we had not yet recieved clean towels. when we called to see why they asked us 52 questions about why we needed more towels and then said we had to come down to the front desk and get them ourselves. The following day we went to worlds of fun. when we returned we could not get in our room. when we went to the front desk they informed us they had accidentally given our room away... with our belongings in the room... needless to say I was not very happy.... they didnt even seem remorseful... or try to compensate for their mistake.... thankfully the people they gave our room away to were honest people and didn't rob us or anything..... worst hotel I have ever stayed.
