Family Trip To California

Our Family travels to california each your for a vacation. This is the first time we have been to San Clemente. The Hotel room was clean and comfortable. It was nice having such a big pool area for the kids, and the workout center was alot better than other places. All in all it was an ideal place to center our vacation at, cant believe how close to the beach we were for the price.

Carpet was very dirty and felt gross! They have a very nice courtyard and pool area that stays open until 11:00 pm. The free breakfast is awesome ... 5 stars!

I would definitely stay here again. It was very clean and the people there were top notch. The maids never did replenish the coffee though..... but that stuff is seldom any good anyway. For the future I hope they fix a few things that didn't work. The Jacuzzi... the pop machines....etc.

There are two wings to this hotel, one newly rennovated, which I wasn't in and the other partially under rennovation. In the older section the rooms were very average. The two time I was in the lobby I waited 20 minutes to be helped. My overall experience was poor and would not reccomend this hotel

The hotel haas a good location because it is away from the freeway and close to north beach. It is an easy drive to shopping and surfing locations. The price was right!
