I thought the hotel was more than adequate for my overnight stay. The front desk folks that checked me in were very nice and helpful. The early morning clerk I encountered upon checkout could have been more friendly but he wasn't overtly rude. I called the day before and got directions from the Light Rail station. The directions were accurate and I walked to the hotel with no problems. The hotel is very convenient to the Mall of America for those that have more time. I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary Internet access in the lobby. The continental breakfast options were adequate but not great and the area was clean and neat.

Wow! First of all, they have hit the mark with the cleanliness, specifically in the bedding area. Those nasty old bedspreads just gross me out, they have eliminated this disgusting problem with beautiful white sheets under and over a fluffy WASHABLE comforter!! The beds were very comfortable, the staff amazingly nice AND quick. Upon arriving back at the room b/4 bed, we asked for additional blankets for our toddler son's bed and b/4 we could sit down, the front desk had very pleasantly accommodated us with not one, but two clean, good smelling, extra blankets. Highly recommended, would certainly stay again. Our only request next time would be to not have a room that backs up to the elevator as we could hear the hum of it during the night which actually only bothered one out of the four of us. This is also a great location just minutes from the Mall of America and the building is secure which is great in this day and age. Great stay, the kids liked the pool and hot tub as well.

We chose this hotel for its location - close to the Mall of America. The staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the added security of the key card elevators. Our rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. We were looking forward to enjoying the hot tub and pool after a long day of shopping. But, it was closed due to chemical problems just as we were ready to enter. Otherwise everything was great. We would recommend this hotel and will willingly stay here again.

Great location - easy to get anywhere from there. Room was really clean and nice. Bed was very comfortable with soft and firm pillows marked on the pillow cases. Hotel staff was friendly and knowledgable. Pool was clean and ok - kind of sterile looking. Free breakfast was very nice with a lot of choices. Close to airport and Mall of America. Would stay there again.

Had a great trip. Hotel served it's purpose. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was good. We called for shuttle from airport as soon as we got our luggage & shuttle arrived just a couple minutes after we made our way to the meeting spot. Although check-in wasn't until the afternoon we arrived from airport @ 10am & we're able to get our room right away. After check out on last day they held our luggage for us until we needed to go to airport in late evening so we could spend the day at the Mall. The only complaint was the evening shuttle return from the mall. It's supposed to pick you up at approx. 5 min after the hour. Each night it was about 20 min late. No big deal except in 20 deg. weather & if you have little ones. Was very pleased and would return.
