Parking is a nightmare and of you’re fortunate enough to find a spot either at ground level or underground, maneuverability is difficult and can challenging for even an experienced driver. Some of the front desk staff would benefit from people skill training.
I felt the room was average certainly nothing to write home about, the pool cloudy and I was disappointed to find a number of guests swimming in street clothes. I do not recommend this hotel.
NO PARKING - HAD TO LEAVE

My husband and I drove up from San Diego in separate cars as he was attending a convention. We had an event in Hollywood, so in our haste to make that on time, we didn't secure an additional parking spot for the second car. After returning late that night, I asked the front desk for another permit, and was told we could only park one car, and we'd have to drive around to find another spot. They even suggested we park at another hotel -which I thought inappropriate and didn't want to risk getting towed! There was no other parking in the area anyway due to the convention, so we ended up checking out without staying since we couldn't park, and driving home late at night dog tired. I don't know what other people would do in this situation if they were from out of town and couldn't just drive home. They basically told us "Too bad - you're on your own" -- I would NEVER recommend staying here to anyone. Besides the parking situation, the bathroom smelled strongly of urine and the TV remote didn't work; didn't get a chance to see if the beds were comfortable since we had to leave... Very upset about this -- HORRIBLE customer service. The customer is NOT always right at this hotel property.
