Great Hotel - Would Stay Again

Our trip was a 4 day 3 night stay - and we had a great experience at this hotel. We had a 5 and a 6 year old with us - and from our room door, to the entrance to Disneyland it was a 12 minute walk. Parking was not a problem as they had plenty of spots available in there underground lot. The continental breakfast was just what we expected. Plenty of danish items, bread/toast, cereal, and juice/milk. Enough to get your day going. They had an indoor pool with a jacuzzi - did not visit this, but plenty of kids were having a good time. Parking was free! There was a $2 resort fee - but given your location to the park - well worth it. We will be back.

Excellent staff, very clean rooms,Denny's and I hop, next door so you don't have to drive anywhere for a couple of days. And if over 50 you will appreciate walking across the street and entering Disneyland. Was there this May, 09 and we really enjoyed our stay and the very helpful staff is to be appreciated.

It's all about the location

This hotel has three great advantages: location, location, location. I have stayed at other hotels in the area before, and have litterally spent MORE time driving to the Disneyland parking structure, walking to the tram, waiting for the tram, and riding to Disneyland than I spent walking to the front gate from this hotel. In addition, I thought the security at the hotel was great. I felt there was plenty of parking (although they were not large parking spaces). The room was fine and fairly comfortable. It didn't matter because we did not spend a lot of time in the room. Staff was good. Do not expect much from the free breakfast. It was poor at best. Overall, because we brought several teens with us, this hotel was good. The ability to not worry about shuttling people around was worth the price.

We have stayed here several times. The service and rooms are great! The price is good also. We love the convience of how close it is to the ehtrance to Disneyland. When you need to take a break from running around the park you can as it is so close. The rooms are clean and there is plenty of space. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Parking is a nightmare and of you’re fortunate enough to find a spot either at ground level or underground, maneuverability is difficult and can challenging for even an experienced driver. Some of the front desk staff would benefit from people skill training. I felt the room was average certainly nothing to write home about, the pool cloudy and I was disappointed to find a number of guests swimming in street clothes. I do not recommend this hotel.
