Disappoinment at the Grand California

What a mess. The Grand California did not have a room for five people as booked and confirmed for my family. One person literally slept on the floor one night. There wasn't even a roll away. The desk clerks were not helpful and acted like it was ...Read more

Not Impressive!

I stayed at this hotel last summer and it was convenient but not worth the extra money. If I did it again, I would do a little research and find something else in the vicinity and cheaper. Disney as usual will rip you off!

This hotel is not worth the price. We were expecting the quality of a Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons for the $*-$* per night price. Although the lobby is grand and the architecture is rich, the rooms were nothing special. The facilities are nothing ...Read more
