Customer service stinks. They had only two people at the front dest and only one was working while the other just watched and there was a line. Although you get a good price for the room they make up for by you having to pay to park your car in their parking lot. Payment is only accepted at the check in counter where you have to stand on line for over 10 or more minutes. If you stay good luck hope you experience is better than mine.
Stay Away, horrible rooms, rude staff,go at your own risk

I stayed there during mid june & it was the worst experience of my life. Got it booked through travel website & they said if I change or cancel well in time, they won't charge anything. But still hotel people forfeited one night stay money. That wasn't the real pain, the rooms & towels & bed was dirty, bathroom floor all wet & rude staff. This was enough to ruin our holiday mood. Wil never go there nor would recommend anybody.

1) Room unclean, and dingy looking
2) No notice before hand on parking fee
I booked in advance thinking a stay here would be comfortable. I did not even sleep under the covers. I slept on top of the bed with the lights on fully clothed. I arrived late at night there after diving in the rain about 5 hours. I got up early and left. All I wanted was a good not sleep.

I stayed there and didn't know what to expect for the low price. When I got there it was in excellent conditions. Clean, very comfortable and close to the airport. From now on I will stay there when I need it.

Long wait for airport pick-up.
Check in at 8:00 PM and assigned a room that was not ready when we opened the door. Reassigned another room. Result long time for check in.
