Never, Never, Never Again!!!!

Hotel was nice enough, except exhaust system in Casino/Lobby area is inadequate and rooms were undergoing renovation which was a bit of a nuisance. Moreover, we complained that there was fresh blood on our comforter when we came back to the room the first day, we assume the maid cut or pricked herself prior to making our bed. It took us six telephone calls and a very angry trip to the front desk to finally get someone to change the linens. The hotel housekeeping staff even asked if "she was sick" meaning if it was due to a menustral cycle, which not only insulated us but also was illogically since it was only a drop on top of the comforter. Additionally, maid service failed to fully stock room each day, and we had to find the telephones in the dresser drawers and crawl under the desk and nightstand to hook them up ourselves. Finally, the pool wasn't as clean as it should have been, so we wouldn't call our stay at this Westin a good experience or the housekeeping acceptable, and obvisiously we will not be staying there again.

This hotel is located in just the next block off the square. The strip in easy walking distance. Staff was great. Rooms were great. Beds most comfortable!

We were well recieved as we checked into the Hotel. Our room was nice and cool. We enjoyed all of our meals at the hotel restaurant Suede. Food was great and service was even better, fit for Kings and Queens. My ONE and ONLY complaint was the POOL. The size of the pool was very small something you would find at an apartment complex. This pool did not match the rest of the Hotel. It was crowded the pool smelled. And you could see actual particles of stuff. It was very swampy and stinky. I just cannot believe the pool. It was discusting. I felt discusting getting into it and out of it. You would think they would of been a better filtration system or something. Please choose wisely when you pick a Las Vegas Hotel in August. Make sure the pool is large enough and is kept well cleaned.

Will never stay again!

The staff at this hotel was very rude...if you need something, they push you off to another person, (then another, then another, etc....). My husband and I were at the pool on a 112 degree day and no one would get into the pool becuase it was so dirty

After I checked in to the hotel noticed our a/c wasn't working, so we figured they just turned it on went out for a few hours came back to find that our a/c still was not working I was so upset I called security and let front desk know about our a/c problem. The 'head' of security guy did not do much for us and told me he would get back to me in the morning for what compensation they would be able to give me. The front desk person told me they would send an engineer up right away. Next morning I did not hear anything from the security guy nor the engineer. My a/c was still not working! I had to call two more times for someone to come take a look at my a/c. By the third day I gave up since I was checking out next day. I will NEVER stay here again!
