Will never stay again!

The staff at this hotel was very rude...if you need something, they push you off to another person, (then another, then another, etc....). My husband and I were at the pool on a 112 degree day and no one would get into the pool becuase it was so dirty

I booked the hotel online and asked for two double beds for 4. In a week or so I confirmed that we would have two double beds and was assured that was the case. When we arrived around 6 PM our room was NOT ready. We went to eat. When we returned, we were told that we would have a room with one king bed. We told them that wasn't what we wanted. They said it was the only option for us. Needless to say, we weren't happy campers.

Nice Visit

Very Nice room. Can't say enough about the Hevenly Bed. Casino is ok for senior citizens but not if you like the excitement of the strip, its kinda boring. Food is too exspensive. Need to put a priority on getting the elevators fixed.

Off the Strip and Quiet

Excellent location if you want away from the craziness of the Strip. Staff was superb from the front desk to the House Keeping. Try out the casino as its small and personable and you get better attention thean any large casino. Resturant was expensive, but the hotel is close to lots of very good options. Pool is small but nice. Fitness center was larger than most. Rooms were not huge but very clean and quiet. Again great location and personable.

After I checked in to the hotel noticed our a/c wasn't working, so we figured they just turned it on went out for a few hours came back to find that our a/c still was not working I was so upset I called security and let front desk know about our a/c problem. The 'head' of security guy did not do much for us and told me he would get back to me in the morning for what compensation they would be able to give me. The front desk person told me they would send an engineer up right away. Next morning I did not hear anything from the security guy nor the engineer. My a/c was still not working! I had to call two more times for someone to come take a look at my a/c. By the third day I gave up since I was checking out next day. I will NEVER stay here again!
