This hotel was an excellent value. Close to all amenities. First time we've stayed here, but would definitely stay here again. Staff was very friendly.
Very Disappointing!

The restaurant and bar are under construction, the free breakfast had no coffee, my bed was missing sheets, the AC sounded like a '70's dishwasher... the list goes on... very disappointing stay. I complained at the desk and was told a manager would contact me but I never heard a word back from them... This Best Western had such good reviews online that I felt pretty confident it was a good choice for my business trip. However, after my experience, I definitely would not recommend this hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay at this Best Western. The staff was pleasant, the facilities were nice and clean, the room was nice, and the continental breakfast was good. A good place to stay for the price. My friends and I decided to stay here for Memorial Day Weekend because the hotel prices in Downtown Seattle were through the roof. The drive to and from was not bad at all. We even took cabs some of the nights and it didn't end up costing us an arm and a leg. I would definitely stay here again.
River View Upgrade Not Worth The Money

We upgraded to a room on the third floor with a river view. The "river" in this area looks more like a stream and trains on a local track blew horns all night. Trading a view for sleep was not worth the extra money. My family members were on the second floor, on the opposite side of the hotel, and never heard it. Otherwise an alright hotel.

My parents and I stayed at the Best Western for two nights. The rooms were large and "river view" was OK. More like a stream view. We were close to everything, but it was quiet. My only complaint would be that the bottom of the doors sit too high up, so light and noise are let in through under the door. However, the curtains keep all outside light out. Continental breakfast was nice too with pastries, waffles, fruit, cereal, and beverages. I would stay here again!
