It was nice beds, but cleaniness was terrible. Staff in the resturant wretched. Pool and cost were about the only good thing. I do not recommend this to anybody.!!!!!

This is a really fun place to stay. Location is 25 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski area. The staff was very helpful. Clean and very reasonable . We will be back! Thanks for a fun ski vacation.

We are not real pickey, but this Best Western was shabby. The room was clean with a nice view of nothing. We went to the restaurant in the hotel. SCARY! 1 waitress, hair in the salad bar, cook in view of the customers eating while cooking, even my kids, both under 15 were creeped out. We went out to eat after that, many restaurants within walking distance. Good location to springs and old part of town. We found that our car had been tampered with parked in front of the lobby

The overall atmosphere of this hotel is best described as "shabby". Damp, moldy smell throughout; continental breakfast was one of poorest I've ever had; utnelils and cups dirty; dirty tables and empty beer bottle left on table from night before. Hot tub outside with no cover and very dangerous for elderly or clumsy people. This hotel could be very nice with a little better attention to the care and maintenance of the facility! Price was reasonable and if that is your main concern, this place is okay, Otherwise I would suggest spending a few dollars more for alot better accomotdations!

Friendly service/very helpful staff! Complimentary welcome bag in the room was great! Great location to Hot Springs; they offer discount day pass tickets! The indoor pool was very refreshing; the outdoor Jacuzzi in the mountain air was Awesome! Clean rooms. The pillows very comfortable. WI-FI access was very fast. Shopping/dining is within walking distance. Weekday cont. breakfast/Hot breakfast on weekends/Great atmosphere in the bar. Love the peanuts! Would recommend this hotel.
