This hotel was a nice hotel. Friends and I came on a tour of Texas seeing different cities and staying at various hotels. This hotel was a little outside of the city. I thought it would be closer, but during certain hours traffic into and out of the city could be hectic and I would suggest using side streets instead of the highway. Taking a taxi into the city was costly too. The hotel itself I would have to say had no problems. Breakfast was decent, it had a different supply of various things that sufficed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have was that all of the ice machines did not work; However, ask at the front desk and they help you get ice from the machines. There is a swimming pool, but it was not open while we were there. Coming from Buffalo, NY where it was snowing and the temperature was in the mid-80's it would have been nice if the pool was open. I would definitly stay here again.

My family and I went to go to a Dallas Cowboy football game. Go ?Cowboys?.
Anyway, that hotel was great. We were right in the middle of everything. Every day we would get great advice from Nastassia and Josh at the front desk. We thank you for helping plan our daily adventures. We felt like we went everywhere and everything was so close. We had a great adventure downtown, and at Medieval times, and at the Flight Museum at the airport. My son?s favorite was taking the Train from the American Airline center to downtown Fort Worth. My favorite part was that it cost me less than $10. It was a complete adventure just traveling on the train. My other favorite part. Parking my car and not having to drive it everywhere. Please tell all the van drivers how much we appreciated them driving us out to lunch and dinner and to the airport. We went to so many great fun restaurants. The hotel is surrounded by them. We enjoyed the health club and thank goodness you had the laundry room. My other favorites. Just relaxing at the Gazebo by the pool while my youngest was getting his afternoon nap. The kids loved getting to come down and get their own free breakfast and we appreciate that you letting them eat twice each morning. And for letting them use the computers. That just gave me a little more down time. Everything was great! Next time, though, I am flying in and taking advantage of your free shuttle to the airport. Till next time.
Thanks for the fun ? The participation ? The Memories. The Entire Garcia Family

We came to Dallas for a business trip and just needed a place to sleep. Unfortunately, there was a party at the pool that night that lasted past 2 am. with music so loud we couldn?t sleep. We complained 3 times and were told the party had paid for the loud sound system. No one cared that the party was disturbing all the hotel guests even though they admitted others were complaining. The music was temporarily turned down only when I threatened to call the police. Unbelievable that they would let a party disturb every guest in the hotel!!!

It took 45 minutes to check in. The wifi Internet only worked once during my 4 day stay and the business center Internet was slow. No restaurants nearby. Service was not friendly.I will not stay there again.
