Rude front desk. Great waterpark for kids 10 and under. Rooms small. This place needs a makeover. Rooms dirty/ unkempt.

1. Very rude front desk
2. Room was stinky
3. Not worth the money at all
4. I regreted for staying in this place with my family
5. What I was told (internet in room, fitness facility) were not available in the hotel.
There are a lot of other very nice hotels near this one.
Not Worth the Money

I was VERY disappointed in this hotel. While the pools were great for small children, the hotel itself was a dump! The floors were filthy, the room was small, the bathroom was small, and their was no bathtub - just a shower stall! Not too appropriate for young children who prefer to take a bath. This hotel was definitely cheaper than some of the other bigger waterpark hotels and in a great location, but not worth the money. I would rather pay $* more per night and stay at a cleaner, newer hotel. I will never go back.

our room was in the older side of the hotel, but it was clean,good shower, hot water,and fast service. most important everyone was friendly and warm.we had fun in the indoor and outdoor waterparks.the age group for the pools are a great ideal. we will be staying again.hooray for atlantis
