We just completed a stay at the DoubleTree and loved it. It was my wife and I's first visit to the Big Apple and this hotel went out of there way to make it memorable. The check-in went smooth as glass. the concierre very helpful to restaurants and theaters. We saw 4 shows and walked to all the theaters. Everything is at hand. M&M a block away, Toys'R'Us down the street. The doorman was always there to help my wife when ever we went out. It was great.

The Doubletree Suites in Times Square, NY is an extremely clean, centrally located hotel with a friendly, helpful staff. I stayed at this hotel in May 2008 and was so pleased that I chose the same hotel for my return trip in October 2008. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to New York City. This hotel is an excellent value for the money.

Best. Bed. EVER. SOOOOO comfortable. (The fresh, homemade chocolate chip cookie you get upon check-in doesn't hurt, either!)

Great hotel but but busy location

This hotel was so nice. Much more than I expected in NYC. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was really nice and had Neutrogena products (very impressive). However the location is crazy. We had to fight through crowds of people to get to our door. The staff was nice. There was construction going on in the lobby but it didn't bother us. It was nice to have the refrigerator to keep snacks and waters. It is very convenient for a show. We saw Legally Blonde, The Musical (right next door) and it was fabulous! We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location right in the middle of Times Square! Close to the theatre, tour buses and subway. Room was clean. Beds extremely comfortable. Security excellent. Food very expensive. Would definitely stay again!
