Pleasant Stay

Due to time constraints for this particular stay, I chose this hotel for its close proximity and convenient shuttle service to and from the airport.
To begin, the shuttle driver was extremely courteous and friendly, handling my heavy luggage with ease, which was great after a long day of delayed flights. The hotel desk attendants were very cordial and eager to accomodate my needs, even tracking down the shuttle back to the airport and helping with my luggage when I was late. I had a king non-smoking room, which was comfortable and clean. Unlike another review stated, I saw absolutely no bugs at all. I heard very little noise and slept well, even though my room was at the top of the stairs to the lobby. Coffee and breakfast were hot, fresh and tasty, though the variety of items could have been better. For the price, this was a nice, pleasant stay for a weary travelor.

The room was not cleaned well. We needed a room for sleeping and left for a early flight out. For $ was terrible . Front desk staff,when we checked in and when we checked out did not want to be bothered she was on the phone with a personel call while we checked in never smiled never even looked up from the desk said thank-you , have a nice day etc.
Bring Bug Spray

Day one when I checked in the room smelled like pizza and I was greeted by a roach on the bathroom floor. The carpet was shabby.
Day two. The maid knocked on the door at 8AM despite sign on door.
No maid service after 12PM.
Maid spends a lot of time in computer room.
Day three killed brown recluse spider on drapes also lady bugs walking on celing.
Morning four another roach in bathroom , carpet was dark color so there were probably more..
There was a candy wrapper on the floor when I checked in and it stayed in the same spot next to the bed for three days.
Breakfast was skimpy but staff was helpful.
On a scale of one to ten I give a four.
Definetly will not book again.

The cost of the stay was very economical for a business budget, without sacrificing cleanliness, friendlyness and convenience. The staff was very accomodating when I needed to have a great deal of paperwork faxed to me at the hotel. I also felt safe in the environment.
GREAT STAFF and PRICE

I chose this hotel due to its location to where my work would be for the week. I always pull the bedspread off of the bed at any hotel/motel immediately because I know they aren't washed very often. When I pulled the bedspread back, I noticed three different stains on it (a brown spot, a big spot that looked like dried urine and an area that looked like someone had put their dirty shoes on it). I threw it on the chair in the corner and notified the front desk. They didn't comment much about it, so I left it on the chair in the room along with a note on the bed for the housekeeper to please not put it back on my bed during my stay since it was dirty. Also, the desk chair had some food on it that I cleaned off myself and the elevator had a funny odor. This was my only bad experience. The hotel is otherwise very clean. In fact, housekeeping cleaned the bathroom better then I have seen it done in some higher-class hotels I've stayed in while traveling. All of the staff was very polite, kind and professional. The continental breakfast is fairly nice as well. In spite of the dirty bedspread, I would certainly stay here again due to the location, price, and the great staff.
ps: Please replace the chipped coffee pots.
