Horrible!

I urge you not to stay at this hotel if you want the bare minimum in customer care! The customer service was absolutely horrible from the moment you walk in to check-in. The owners, who are on-site operators, are extremely rude and not helpful in the least bit. You are lucky if you get your room cleaned the next day and if you call to complain they will blame the guests and literally hand you a trash bag so you can throw away your own trash. I would never stay there again, no matter how cheap it was.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed. I got a deal and accepted a smoking room and thought I could just bring air freshner and it would be fine. It stank s bad it literally made me sick. We were way over in the corner farthest from the office. In the ad it said rooms all had new flatscreen tv's, I had an old tv. I picked this place because it had wireless because we were househunting, we couldn't get it they said because we were so far from the office and they were having trouble with it and said that i could come in the office and use my computer if i wanted. The pool was freezing cold no one was in it it yet the ad said it was. Mold in the shower, i got 2 flea bites on my ankles. the room across from me air conditioning was messed up and it made so much noise we couldn't sleep and they did nothing to fix it. Everything we took there smells like cigarettes now. People were extremely loud hanging out and drinking outside late into the night. Their continental breakfast was a stale roll in a plastic bag, no juice or water. The ice bucket leaked all over the counter it had a hole in it. Don't go there . We were miserable and advise no one to go there. I made those reservations 3 wks earlier and that's what I got It was room 118

"Had ants, and they KNOW about it!"

Pillows smelled like mildew, thin sheets, and my bed had ANTS in it. Not a million, but enough to make me queezy. I did not find this out until after 11:00 pm, and the office was CLOSED. When I checked out, they said, "oh, we're so sorry." They gave me a $15.00 discount. I said, "you might want to do something about the ants", and the girl said, "oh, we have a terrible time with ants around here". So IT IS A KNOWN FACT TO THEM THAT ANTS ARE GOING TO BE COMPLAINED ABOUT! I dont know about the other rooms...

Staff was really nice and helpful. Not much choice for breakfast (Coffe, tea, juice and pre-packaged danishes, I did not see any fruit and it was early in the morning) The hotel is pretty old and it needs some face/interior lifting however for the price and location it was a really good choice. I would stay there again.
