I stayed here a while ago when this was a Holiday Inn & it was "OK" the Hotel was under renovation this visit - But the Rooms were all finished ( thank Goodness ) The new beds & room decor is Great & the overall look of the Hotel is Awesome - Very freindly & helpful Staff - I can't wait to come back and see the final finished product - highly recomend this hotel due to renovations - but mostly due to the Helpful freindly staff. tm - phoenix

Rooms booked online aren't guaranteed. Was given a king bed for 4 people, 2 adults one child. Dark, shady, cramped. Staff directed us to the Timbers....LOVED it! I recommend the Timbers...will no longer use my priority club/Holiday Inn after such poor customer service.

Moderate price with moderate facilities. Late dinner sandwich inedible, Internet socket is underneath desk not in the labelled lamp. Front desk staff didn't know that, maintenance no showed
