Good airport hotel

This is a fairly new hotel on the bay which is very convenient to the airport. Room quality is excellent. There is some airplane noise but its fairly muffled. The free breakfast is sufficient for this kind of fare. High tech remote ac controls are a nice feature.

we had 3 rooms for a family trip.2 adjoining and 1 down the hall. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.Laundry on site was a plus. the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extensive - more than the usual rolls and cereal. wi-fi in room is convenient. free shuttle to airport- then we rode the BART to the city, and didn't have to worry @ parking. Shuttle came within 10 min. after we called on return to airport. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an excellent hotel for the price. The location was beautiful, right on the water, you could watch the planes landing and taking off, but it was never noisy. The rooms were very comfortable, the lobby and guest areas were always clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered a very nice complimentary breakfast each morning, they had everything from toast, cold and hot cereals to waffles, along with coffee, juice, cookies and fruit at all hours, and the outside dining area was lovely and overlooked the bay. Very close to San Francisco, but far enough out of the city to be less hectic. They were close to restaurants and stores. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you, we would definately stay there again.

Not a happy guest, at ALL!

I had no lights in the bathroom, was told it would be fixed by 2:00, I said I was going to a football game so would be back late so that was fine. Back around 10:40 PM, exhausted, wanted to shower and sleep but the lights were still out. Called the desk, they offered to move me but as tired as I was and with all the things I had to pack that was not going to happy. Took a shower in the dark, tried to watch some TV from bed only to discover my remote was not working so I had to keep getting up to change the channels. After lights out there was a loud noise, I had to investigate where it was coming from and it was the room refigerator. It was so loud that I could not sleep. I had to turn it off and take my waters out. The visitors mngr would not be in till noon so I called when I got home all she would tell me is she's sorry and will have someone go up to my room to verify my claim. Great! now i'm a liar. I had a great time in S. F. and will go back but as beautiful as this place is it really is only skin deep. Very disappointed

As new modern hotel. Impeccably clean. Welcoming staff. Large rooms with waterside view. Good breakfast.
