The hotel was nice, I was staying there for business. They have a brand new spa and cool hair salon, it was great! The staff there was so polite and accomodating. It was nice to be able to but any products I needed there. I would stay there again

Total rip off. Staff is rude and incompetent. They are all scam artists charging you for everything. They have no concept of customer service and what is appropriate. Ridiculous charges were added to our room bill, and even more charges appeared on my credit card bill A MONTH LATER. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.
birthday nightmare

I booked a room for my wife's birthday. She allways wanted to go to New Haven. We booked a deluxe room with a king or queen bed. What we got was a small room with a bed that pulls out of the wall. Then we were told they had no more rooms. The bed was so uncomfortable we called to complain and they suggested a roll away cot. $220.00 for a roll away cot?! C'mon get real. We ended up leaving a 2:30 in the morning after 3 hours of trying to get some sleep. I called travel agency and the hotel and all that they said was sorry. That is nice but doesn't help my wife's birthday getaway.

I have never felt so comfortable and cared for in a hotel. It was extraordinary.
