MAGNIFICENT!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Westin Stonebriar Resort. Upon arrival our check-in was effortless and we were graciously greeted. All of the Westin Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome & comfortable during our entire stay. The hotel is very clean, quiet & beautifully decorated. You could not ask for more. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the mall, as well as other shopping centers & restaraunts. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

bell staff very friendly
front desk is great
and they email you your receipt on checkout to save paper. good for them.
the location is RIGHT off the 121 coming north out of the airport. If you have any business in Plano or Frisco, this is the perfect place to stay.
Great Hotel

The hotel was wonderful and when they found it we were celbrating my wife's birthday they brought up a bottle of wine and some chocolates.
The fitness center is one of the best and has plenty of ROOM.
The pool was relaxing.
The only problem would be they did away with their own on-site spa services unless you get it in-room which is not the best. The spa went down the street but who wants to ride a shuttle bus after a spa treatment.
We will definitly go back and enjoy the fitness center, pool and great food.
We will go to another hotel though if we want to get massages.
Premium Service at affordable price.

The Westin Stonebriar is a premium hotel that is usually affordable; only suggestion - no vending machines which forces guests to use room service or buy the in-room snacks at premium. Sometimes you just want a cold soft drink but don't want to pay a room service charge or go down to the bar to get it.

Overall, this was a great place to stay. The room was comfortable - no noise. The only negative was the bathroom floor and the mirrors were not very clean, plus the ice bucket had not been emptied and cleaned from the previous guest.
